Im very new to all of this so i do Apologize if you have difficulty understanding me as I have noticed I talk very fast. I’ve made few mistakes with it and my video wasn’t smooth but I am practising. I do know what i’m talking about and the things i say are true. Hope you enjoy my video.

Adolescence period is a period in which the skin should be cared very carefully because the hormonal changes in this period are leading to hiperseboreea and acne . It is Ideal  that through an appropriate care the  bright and bold skin to be transformed into a normal skin, avoiding – thus inconvenience caused by acne.

The fat skin s soap&water friendly .Under no circumstance an unknown soap should be used.You can  use a baby soap or soap rich in cream or fat. In pharmacies and super-markets  there several brands of such cosmetics . Lookup for the dermatological approved sign so you should be safe using that soap.

After the morning wash you can apply a normal day cream or a moisturizing cream that has incorporated in it substances that

protect against the sun (sunscreen).

Creams applied on fat skin should NOT COMEDOGENE, ie not close the pores and not cause pimples, that’s why they should be bought only from pharmacies or from super-market that have a wide range of pharmaceutical products.

Creams  ordered by some friends that are in a MLM scheme (ie. Avon) or by mail are not dermatologically tested, can cause allergies, infections, and should be avoided!

In pharmacies there are cosmetics with skin moisturizer designed for fat skin  . They are very effective but must be used under supervision of a dermatology doctor or pharmacist, improper use being able to cause skin irritation and allergies  (characterized by itching, redness and flaking).

Excess sunlight and more important the ultra violet (UV) rays from artificial tanning booths  are very dangerous for skin health . Feeling that the sun improves the appearance of fat skin is followed by an explosion of  lesions due to thickening of the skin and pores with plugs of fat oxidized.

Generally, after a longer period of exposure to sunlight the skin gets a grain aspect, which favors the appearance of acne.

If on the skin besides excess of sebum there are pimples (acne), it is mandatory that the dermatologist  prescribe medicines and treatments accordingly to the skin phase .The acne  is a disease that generally passes after adolescence but leave life signs on skin, signs sometimes very difficult or impossible to treat like scars!

   5. You are probably beginning to see why paraben free lotions and creams are so important. You use dozens of personal care products a day. So while exposure from one product once a day may be small, you use numerous products a day for years.

These five facts should convince you of the importance of using paraben free products. The old saying “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” applies here.  You should take action to prevent exposure to chemicals you suspect are harmful to your health. The ability to choose only paraben free face care products should not be unappreciated. The importance of having paraben free lotions and creams available to us simply cannot be stressed enough.

Before you head to your local store to refill your products, let me share why you should take paraben-free face care products more seriously.

Parabens On Trial

Parabens (also listed as methyl, propyl, butyl, and ethyl parabens) are used as a preservative in most skin care products and moisturizers.

So why, exactly, do we need paraben free face care so badly? A report published in the Journal of the American College of Toxicology (3:147-209) estimated that parabens could be located in over 13,000 cosmetic products including shampoos, conditioners, deodorants, and sunscreens. Including food and pharmaceutical products would only increase that number.

Although industry experts are in a near-constant argument of the harmful side effects of parabens, the huge financial benefits of finding parabens as “safe” makes me wary of their findings. (I’ll explain that in more detail below.)

Personally, I think it is safer, all around, to choose paraben free face care products that I KNOW will not harm me. I’ve found paraben free lotions and creams that are just as effective, (and in many cases up to $25 cheaper) than the mainstream “miracle” creams that contain paraben byproducts as main ingredients.

Why Is It So Hard to Find Paraben-Free Face Care Products?

I’m going to take a wild guess, and venture to say that if you live in the US, you’ve probably not heard much about the dangers of parabens in our facial creams and lotions.

This is because the subject doesn’t get the press here in America the way that it does in other parts of the world. Did you know the FDA has attempted to regulate the use of these chemical ingredients? Probably not. Ongoing legal battles have caused that news story to be 10th-page material.

But in all actuality, it’s a story that should be on page 1 of every newspaper and beauty magazine in the country. You see, the FDA recognizes that there is a need for paraben-free lotions and creams, because of just how dangerous they are.

After some studies revealed that many of these agents are linked to cancer, the FDA started their “ban parabens” campaign. Actually, these ingredients have already been the subject of a ban by the European Union.

What’s the hold up? Well, the problem with moving toward paraben free face care products is that major cosmetic companies will block these attempts (hence the legal battles). Paraben by-products are C-H-E-A-P cheap.

The switch to paraben-free face care products would cut into corporate profits. Using natural ingredients (instead of parabens) involve more processing, and so cost more to develop.

This doesn’t necessarily mean that your paraben free lotions and creams will be more expensive. It just means that the company making them has less profit per bottle. But since these lesser-known companies don’t have huge advertising (and celebrity) costs, they can afford the lower margins.

Take the products I use, for example. In many cases, I’m paying $30 LESS than the top-of-the-line department store brands – and I’m getting 100% pure natural, high-quality ingredients.

Looking for paraben free face care? Many people are making the switch to paraben free lotions and creams. What you may not realize is this. Parabens are not the only hazardous ingredients found in skincare products.

When you look for paraben free face care, look for one that’s sunscreen-free, as well. That may sound a bit strange, coming from a skincare expert. But, it is true, none the less. Most of the products designed for daily use have minor sun screening ability anyway.

People may be relying on them to heavily, because researchers have seen an increased incidence of melanoma in regular sunscreen users. Melanoma is the most serious form of skin-cancer.

In addition, some of the approved sun-screening compounds have been shown to increase free radical activity, which makes them probable carcinogens. The reason that you want paraben free lotions and creams is because parabens are probable carcinogens. If you’re going to avoid one cancer-causing agent, you may as well avoid them all, if you can.

You should also make sure that the paraben free lotions and creams that you choose do not contain other artificial preservatives. Some of them are just as dangerous as parabens. They are all known allergens and many are even more irritating than parabens.

It would be unnecessary to add artificial preservatives if companies would include natural vitamin E. But, natural vitamin E is expensive and reserved primarily for use in dietary supplements. When cosmetic companies include vitamin E, it is a synthetic version that is not an effective preservative and not good for the skin’s health.

Then, you have the added fragrances. Paraben free face care products often contain added fragrances, which are second only to preservatives in the number of allergic reactions that they cause. Even concentrated natural fragrances like linalool are known allergens. Fragrance-free is the best way to go.

You can get paraben free lotions and creams that are really good for your skin. For daily use, the ingredients to look for include coenzyme Q10 and natural vitamin e. These antioxidants prevent free radical damage and repair damage that may have already occurred, due to our exposure to carcinogens.

If you are going to be out in the sun for an extended period of time, use a zinc oxide cream and reapply it as directed. Zinc oxide is the safest and most effective sun-block available.

For use at night, look for paraben free face care products that include avocado oil and Shea butter. These botanicals have natural antioxidant activity. They are also very similar to the skin’s own sebum, so they are excellent moisturizers.

Men who shave should look for paraben free lotions and creams that contain witch hazel. It prevents infection in shaving nicks and cuts, reduces redness and prevents inflammation.

Look for the good stuff and avoid the bad, but don’t focus completely on paraben free face care. Remember that there are other hazards in your health and beauty aids.
